revoseal Eco+ / Visio
Embossed metal gasket
The Eco+ gasket consists of a solid stainless steel carrier covered on both sides with a narrow graphite or PTFE overlay.
The Visio gasket consists of a solid stainless steel carrier with embossed inner and outer teeth and graphite or PTFE overlays on both sides.
Towards the media side and, in the case of the Visio, also towards the atmosphere side, a resilient "tooth" is embossed to provide a metallic seal on both sides of the flange.
The resilient "tooth" can absorb alternating forces caused by pressure and temperature fluctuations without plastic deformation.
There is no need to retighten the bolts when starting up the system, as is the case with comb-profile gaskets, for example.

Visio
Exceptionally productive equipment requires exceptionally high-performing gaskets. Our product range:
Type | Cross section | Designation | Download |
---|---|---|---|
Visio | ![]() |
The Visio consists of a solid stainless steel carrier with embossed inside and outside cog and graphite or PTFE layers on both sides. It is suitable for tongue and groove, male and female facings and device flanges with webs. | Download PDF |
Eco+ | ![]() |
The Eco+ can be used as a high-quality replacement for flat gaskets. Due to thin soft material layers, high surface pressures are already achieved at low bolt forces. | Download PDF |
Eco PU | ![]() |
The Eco PU has a PTFE-U–jacket with a diffusion barrier, making it suitable for aggressive media in plastic and enamel flanges. | Download PDF |
Eco Top | ![]() |
The Eco TOP has the same properties as the Eco+, but with a secondary graphite layer or PTFE to prevent flange corrosion. | Download PDF |
